Do you guys accept cancellations?
Cancellations are accepted within the same business day your order is placed. Since every case is made to order, we're unable to cancel once production has started on your specific caserder, so we cannot cancel orders after production on the specific case has been started.
Do you guys accept returns/exchanges?
Returns are accepted in the form of store credit only. Exchanges are accepted on cases in one scenario: if you accidentally ordered the wrong phone case size. Just reach out to our team and we'll take care of it.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders or prints**
Who creates your case designs?
All of our cases are hand painted and digitally designed by us here at Auros.Co! Every piece is made with actual intention, not sourced or templated.
Shipping and Delivery
Packaging - Most U.S. orders arrive within 7 business days of purchase. Depending on which warehouse your order ships from, it may arrive in more than one package.
Post office delays can occasionally affect delivery timelines. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, reach out to us at auros.co.contact@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
